Dog Friendly Areas In Noosa

The whole Noosa area is a haven for dog owners with many areas you can enjoy the company of your canine companion as you soak up the sun or outdoors in Noosa.

For dog loving Noosa Real Estate buyers you should look no further.

Whether you want to be able take your dog to one of the spectacular Eastern Beaches or go for a walk along the river in Noosaville, or simply sit or play in one of the many parks  there is somewhere for you.

The Dog Beach at the end of Hastings Street in Noosa Woods has just been completed and offers protected beach for families and where dogs can play off leash with other dogs and their owners.

There are two other off leash beaches in the Noosa area, which include:

The Northern end of Sunshine Beach, (Beach Access Point 27) at Seaview Terrace to the northern boundary of Noosa National Park.

Then from Sunrise Beach South,  (Beach Access Point 38) at the Southern end of Tingira Place all the way down to and past Castaways Beach.

Off leash Parks include Alex Dan Park on Cooyar Street Noosa Heads and Noosaville Park and beach on the foreshore of Weyba Creek between Lake Weyba Drive and the south-western boundary of the South Pacific Resort and the Australian Rules Football Ground.

There are many other beautiful Noosaville Real Estate areas you can walk your pooch on a lead as you enjoy your time together.  One fine example is the scenic route along the Noosa River at Gympie Terrace.

Dogs must always be under control whether on or off the leash and owners are responsible for the behaviour of their dog.  Of course dog owners must always carry a poo bag with them and clean up after their dogs or face hefty fines.
